Greenwich Theatre's Tuesday slot in the Studio is for new work in its early stages. Rehearsed readings, first drafts, works in progress, occasional premieres - the unfinished pieces most theatres keep locked away until they've solved the problems.
Making it regular and affordable changes the math. A night out doesn't sink because you're seeing something still being worked through, and the theatre doesn't bleed money backing untested ideas. Most London venues play it safe right now. This is the opposite move entirely.
