Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data OnlyHere ("we") collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

Device identifier: a random UUID generated on first launch and stored on your device. Used to associate saves, follows, and lists with an anonymous account.
Identity (optional): email address, Apple ID, or Google ID if you choose to sign in with those providers, used to recover saves across devices.
Location (optional): if you grant location permission, your approximate latitude/longitude is sent to the Service to compute the "Near me" feed. Coordinates are not persisted server-side beyond the request.
App interactions: which events you save, share, and which lists you create. We do not use third-party analytics in v0.
Push token (optional): if you allow notifications, the platform-issued push token is stored to deliver the daily digest.

Event data sources

Listings are aggregated from public APIs and public listing pages: Skiddle, Ticketmaster Discovery, SeatGeek, Bandsintown, Eventbrite, Dice, Time Out London, Resident Advisor, TodayTix, Official London Theatre, Visit London, DesignMyNight, Secret London, and Londonist. We respect each source's robots.txt and rate-limit policies.

Retention

Account data is kept until you request deletion. Event listings are refreshed daily; outdated rows are pruned after 90 days. Crash and error reports are retained for 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for compute + storage, MapMetrics for geocoding) under contract. We may disclose data when required by law.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@onlyhere.app.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app.
