Parent nights out don't have to mean finding a babysitter. On the third Monday of each month, The Leyton Engineer, an East London local, hosts a daytime quiz built for parents with babies. Noon start fits around feeds and naps. It's a quiz like any other: picture round, knowledge questions. But the room is designed for the fact that half the people will have a baby with them.

That's the draw. It's social, it's your kind of thing, and you don't have to apologize or arrange childcare to do it.
