The Last Tuesday Society is where Dalston's curious types, collectors, and night drinkers land. Viktor Wynd's collection anchors the place: a working wunderkammer where you tour the cabinet and order an absinthe in the same breath. The crowd skews alternative. Drinks are thoughtful. The space feels like the back room at a knowledgeable friend's flat. You sense the people running it care more about the thing itself than the brand. Dalston's got plenty of bars.
