Tamesis is a Thames-side boat moored in Southwark that works as both a food and events venue. You're literally on water in the middle of London, which is half the draw. It pulls a younger, social crowd who come for parties and dancing as much as eating and drinking. South Bank has plenty of rooftop bars and riverside spots, but the boat itself is singular.
