On Wednesday 29 July, Theo Randall will welcome Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw to Theo Randall Cucina Italiana for a collaboration celebrating the very best of British seafood and seasonal summer produce. Having started his professional career at InterContinental London Park Lane, Nathan has become one of Britain's leading seafood chefs. Known for a style that balances simplicity with complex flavour pairings, he has earned widespread acclaim for a precise approach to cooking in which exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. Together, Theo and Nathan have created a menu that showcases the finest ingredients of the season. The evening will begin with Nathan's raw scallop with tomatoes and horseradish, followed by Theo's ravioli with Dorset blue lobster and shellfish sauce. For the main course, Nathan will celebrate the flavours of the British coast with steamed turbot and parsley sauce, served alongside roast garlic potato dumplings. To finish, guests will enjoy one of Theo's favourites: a rich almond, dark cherry and chocolate tart. Tickets are priced at £195 per person, including wine pairings.
