The pace is gentler, questions repeat, and there are two proper breaks built in so you can feed, change, and talk to other adults who understand. Bring your toddler.

The format is straightforward: picture round from noon, then five more on general knowledge, music, connections, and a theme. Teams max at six. Food includes vegan and gluten-free options. Prizes (Prosecco, chocolates, beauty boxes) are for you, not your child. Each table gets sealed sweets.

It's £10 per parent, free for your child. The whole thing works because it gets exactly what your mornings are like right now and what you're actually after: an afternoon thinking about something other than nappies, alongside people who understand.
